We work closely with our patient, their family, their physician and as appropriate their payment provider to establish a comprehensive plan of care that meets each patients specific needs. We integrate the patient's home and community concerns as well as their occupation, hobbies and interests into a systematic rehabilitation approach to achieve the highest level of function.
