From Chester, Petersburg, Hopewell :

·         95 North  

·         Take Exit 79    (64 West/ Powhite Pkwy)

·         Take Left Exit onto Powhite/Downtown Expressway

·         Take 1st Exit- Hamilton Street,  Bear right onto Hamilton St.

·         Turn Right at First Stop light onto Broad Street. 

·         Approx. 1/4 mile Turn Right at light onto Westwood Avenue (Mr. Submarine & Rennies will be on corners of Westwood)

·         Take First Left onto Dabney Rd.

·         Travel .3  mile on Dabney Rd. Our building is on the left...just before the 1st Stop Light. We are attached to the Ben Franklin Frame shop which can be seen from entrance on Dabney.   Look for a small sign in grass by driveway entrance. 

From Chesterfield, Hull St (360), Midlothian Tpk (60):  

·         VA-150 N / CHIPPENHAM PKWY toward I-95 N.

·         Merge onto VA-76 N  Powhite Pkwy (after Janke Rd. exit)

·         Remain on VA-76 N Powhite Pkwy ( Once you go through Toll and over bridge stay to left side VA-76N  Powhite Pkwy,  Don't go to the right side it will bear onto I-195  Downtown expressway)

·         Take the Broad Street exit, you will ramp onto Clay Street.

·         Take 1^st Right turn onto Roseneath Road.

·         Turn Right at First Stop light onto Broad Street. 

·         Approx. 1/2 mile Turn Right at light onto Westwood Avenue (Mr. Submarine & Rennies will be on corners of Westwood)

·         Take First Left onto Dabney Rd.

·         Travel .3  mile on Dabney Rd. Our building is on the left...just before the 1st Stop Light. We are attached to the Ben Franklin Frame shop which can be seen from entrance on Dabney.   Look for a small sign in grass by driveway entrance. 

From the West End, Goochland, and Charlottesville:

·         64 East

·         Take Exit 185B onto US-33  (Staples Mill Rd.)

·         Turn left onto Bethlehem Road.  Travel about .4miles  (See church on left side at Bethlehem Rd.)

·         Bethlehem Rd. will turn into Dabney, drive until you come to traffic light. 

·         Go straight through light. We are the 3rd entrance on right once you go through traffic light.  Look for a small sign in grass by driveway entrance. 

From Tappahannock, Warsaw:

·         360 South

·         Turn right onto East Laburnum Ave. (4.3 miles)

·         Turn left onto Saunders Ave. (.4 miles)

·         Keep Straight on to Westwood Ave. (.6 miles)

·         Turn right onto Dabney Rd. (.2 miles)

·         Travel .3  mile on Dabney Rd. Our building is on the left...just before the 1st Stop Light. We are attached to the Ben Franklin Frame shop which can be seen from entrance on Dabney.   Look for a small sign in grass by driveway entrance. 

From Ashland, Doswell, Fredericksburg,  Northern Va.: 

·         95 South

·         Take Exit 79    (64 West/ I-195 S/Powhite Pkwy)

·         Stay on Left side of exit ramp…Take Immediate Left Exit 186 onto ( I -195 S via on the toward US-60 / POWHITE PKWY / US-360 W).

·         Take 1st Exit- Hamilton Street,  Bear right onto Hamilton St.

·         Turn Right at First Stop light onto Broad Street. 

·         Approx. 1/4 mile Turn Right at light onto Westwood Avenue (Mr. Submarine & Rennies will be on corners of Westwood)

·         Take First Left onto Dabney Rd.
